Welcome to my blog. Here you will find a little bit of what makes my world go round. Photography, weekly recipes, some of my favorite music, decorating my home and a little bit about me and my family. I have two boys ages 2 and 4 and am married to the funniest person I know. We live in the burbs of NYC and life is good. Please leave a comment and stop by again soon!

It’s August which means we are busy with over 30 shoots this month. Insanity to say the least, so it’s probably safe to say you won’t hear from me as much as usual here. I will be on Twitter though, so come and follow me over there. I leave for the Hamptons on Friday and plan to be tweeting from the shores of the Atlantic about all my whereabouts over the next couple weeks. Will you join me?
In the meantime, allow me to introduce you to Miss Ahalya. Isn’t she gorgeous.

NYC was their home for many years after they met at and graduated from Cornell.
They now live in Brussels and were here for a few weeks visiting.
Moxie was all smiles until he passed out for a little afternoon snooze.
Mom’s yellow sweater was the perfect touch.
His parents lit up when they looked at each other.
Lots of love.

It’s hard to believe before this crazy rain it was actually a gorgeous spring. This sweet little shoot of Miss Lily is proof of how pretty the park was a few weeks ago.
I’m so thankful for her mother’s loyalty over the last several years as I’ve photographed quite a few events (her wedding and baby shower) leading up to Lily’s arrival and now I’m lucky enough to document Lily’s growth as well. I love that. Thank you ladies for a lovely shoot.

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted a recent shoot here. I’ve been busy with album orders and when I do post, it’s all been personal. Let’s switch gears and meet the So family who recently welcomed their first born, Brandon. I met them for the first time at their maternity session back in the fall of last year. They referred to Brandon as their Shake Shack baby since they frequented mom’s favorite neighborhood burger joint. It’s only a few blocks from their apartment. This would have been very dangerous for me. When I was prego with Ty a cheeseburger was merely a snack.
